A Jack and Jill Event {Wedding Shower}

A few weeks ago, my lovely friend Neva hosted a wedding shower for Jamison and I.

I felt a little out of place in the spotlight, and kept trying to hide in the corner. And, knowing me, Neva tried to limit the potential for embarrassment. (I had been worried that we would play the trivia game where you have to chew a piece of gum for each question to get wrong about your fiance... I thought that I would forget silly things like his favorite color when I was put on the spot, and then it would look like I didn't know him at all! I know... I worry about things too much.) She's a great friend.

We had a wonderful time. I felt so loved... and thankful for all the people who have welcomed Jay.
