Cupcakes

Yesterday evening, I made coconut snowball cupcakes for a lunch today.

I also made orange Jell-O, with mandarin orange sections and homemade whipped cream for toppings. Yum!

These cupcakes are one of my favorite things to make. They are so easy but so tasty!
