My friend Linda gave me a simple recipe for homemade chicken soup (from scratch!) using a crock-pot.
I used ‘rainbow’ carrots from Chuck’s (the local neat-o grocery store) and then added vegetable pasta, which was quite tasty.
With the addition of a little seasoning, the soup was great! I took some over to my boyfriend, who said: “I don’t usually eat soup this fast, but this is really good!”
I’ll definitely be making this again. Thanks Linda for the recipe!
