Walk + Run in the Cold

I went on a walk + run (and yes, I say ‘run’ because she had a much longer stride than me!) with an old friend along the waterfront this evening after work.

I recently discovered that she lives only a few miles from me. I haven’t seen her in more than a year, so it was nice to catch up.

My legs are sore but it was good to get out and push myself, despite the cold and damp weather. We went a little over two miles, but it passed by quickly as we talked.
