Wandering a Few Streets in Portland

Today I enjoyed a few hours with several of my good friends – JoAnne and Mike, familiar faces from back ‘home’.

Mike is here for a few days for work and so JoAnne and I took advantage of the opportunity to meet up and walk around. JoAnne spends a lot of time walking around here when Mike is on work trips, so she had some good recommendations for shops to browse and places to stop for a snack.

Since Mike loves good food and can be counted on to know where to find it, he took us to a few neat places for lunch and dinner.

Below: That’s my kind of pizza! Mmmm. I’ll be eating leftover prosciutto pizza for breakfast.

I’m looking forward to joining them for lunch and dinner for the duration (hopefully) of their visit.
